Worth Recruiting – Property Industry Recruitment Job Title: PROPERTY MANAGER – Residential LettingsLocation: Waterloo, SE1Salary: £34,000 per annum Position: Permanent – Full TimeReference: WR72822A great opportunity for an experienced residential Property Manager to join a forward-thinking, estate and property management company based close to London Waterloo and assisting in overseeing a varied portfolio of residential properties.This is a great chance for a motivated and experienced Property Manager to join a successful and progressive estate and property management company located in Central LondonIn this full 360-degree property management role, you’ll handle all aspects of managing a residential portfolio, providing exceptional service to landlords and tenants while maintaining high professional standards.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, thrives on responsibility, and is eager to develop their skills within a respected London property business.What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Manage a portfolio of residential properties across LondonHandle all aspects of the property management process from start to finishServe Section 8 and Section 21 notices where requiredLiaise effectively with landlords, tenants, and contractorsOrganise property maintenance, repairs, and inspectionsEnsure compliance with lettings legislation and safety regulationsResolve issues promptly while maintaining excellent communication and serviceMaintain accurate records and documentation using the company’s management systems What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Proven experience in residential property managementSolid understanding of lettings legislation and tenancy notices (Sections 8 and 21)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organised, with strong time management abilitiesConfident problem-solver able to manage multiple prioritiesStrong customer service orientation and professionalismKnowledge of the London property market (advantageous)Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team What's In It For You?
