Unqualified Secondary Supply Teacher Location: Birkenhead Pay Rate: £110 - £130 per day (depending on experience) Contract Type: Flexible - Day-to-day / Short-term / Long-term supply Agency: Spencer Clarke Group About the Role Are you passionate about inspiring young people and making a difference in secondary education Spencer Clarke Group is working in partnership with a number of welcoming secondary schools across in Birkenhead who are looking for Unqualified Secondary Supply Teachers. Key Responsibilities Deliver pre-prepared lessons and maintain a positive learning atmosphere. Manage classroom behaviour and ensure pupils remain on task. Support the learning and development of students across various subjects. Work collaboratively with school staff to maintain a high standard of education and care. What We're Looking For Strong communication and classroom management skills. Experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential). Confidence and enthusiasm for supporting secondary-aged students. A genuine interest in education and personal development. Flexibility and reliability to cover short or long-term placements.
