Litigation Paralegal Full-time | Permanent Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum The Opportunity TSR Legal are delighted to be working with a well-established Cardiff law firm to recruit a Litigation Paralegal. This is an excellent opportunity for a Law graduate seeking to develop hands-on experience within a busy and supportive litigation department. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will work alongside experienced fee earners on a broad range of matters, assisting with case preparation from initial instruction through to trial or completion. Key Responsibilities Support fee earners in the preparation of cases to trial or settlement under supervision. Assist with client communications, providing updates and maintaining excellent client care standards. Liaise with solicitors, counsel, and other professionals as required. Draft correspondence and pre-issue documents under supervision. Prepare court forms, pleadings, and supporting bundles. Help manage the progression of files and ensure deadlines are met. Provide additional support to fee earners across the team when needed. Ensure compliance with firm-wide quality and confidentiality procedures. Requirements A Law degree (or equivalent qualification). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset. Good organisational ability and attention to detail. Proficient IT skills, including familiarity with case management systems. Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team. A proactive approach and willingness to undertake further training and development. Why Apply?
