Teaching Assistant – Long-Term Supply (Secondary) Haringey | Full-time | Long-term supply | Immediate startA well-established secondary school in Haringey is seeking a committed and adaptable Teaching Assistant to provide classroom support across KS3 and KS4. This is a long-term supply role, ideal for someone who enjoys helping students achieve their full potential and thrives in a team-focused school environment.The Role: Support students during lessons under the direction of the class teacher and SENCO Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support to promote learning and engagement Help prepare and organise lesson materials and classroom resources Encourage students to develop confidence, independence, and positive learning habits Assist in managing behaviour and maintaining a purposeful classroom atmosphere About the School: This inclusive and forward-thinking school is known for its excellent pastoral support and strong sense of community.
