Location: Middlesbrough Job Type: Supply Teaching Industry: Secondary SEN Support About the Role: We are working with a well-known SEN school in Teesside seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants/Classroom Support Workers to join their secondary school team.You’ll support students with their academic, personal, and social development, working with learners who have Autism, moderate learning difficulties, and a range of behavioural needs in a specialist environment.This role is both demanding and rewarding. It requires emotional resilience, creativity, and a reflective approach to meet each learner’s unique needs and help engage those who may have had challenging experiences in education. The Ideal Candidate: Experience working with young people with additional needs and/or challenging behaviour, ideally in a secondary setting Patience, resilience, compassion, and understanding Proactive, empathetic, and creative in approach Commitment to following school policies and safeguarding procedures What We Offer: Excellent daily rates, paid weekly via PAYE (no umbrella companies) Support throughout your placements Access to a dedicated SEN consultant Full compliance with Agency Worker Regulations (AWR) All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
