The team is dedicated to supporting the success of sponsored students studying across the United Kingdom — providing guidance, supervision, and administrative assistance from admission through to graduation. You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a professional accounting qualificationFluent in Arabic & English languageYou have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in accounting, including at least 5 years in a similar role, ideally within the education sectorYou are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experienced with financial systems such as Xero and CheckkeeperYou demonstrate accuracy, integrity, and strong attention to detail, with excellent time management and communication skillsYou’re proactive, analytical, and capable of building strong working relationships across teams and stakeholdersYou possess strong problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing skills, and are comfortable working both independently and collaboratively What will your role look like? Prepare, review, and manage financial documents such as invoices, bills, cheques, and account statementsOversee monthly student allowances and process tuition fee payments for sponsored studentsAssist with budget preparation, financial reporting, and bank reconciliationsComplete purchase orders, process business expenses, and maintain accurate financial recordsSupport internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with financial proceduresVerify account balances, deposits, and transactions, identifying and rectifying discrepanciesContribute to annual budget preparation, year-end analysis, and creditor/debtor reportingAssist senior finance colleagues with records, statements, and reporting requirementsManage payroll and ensure timely and accurate processing of financial data What can you expect in return?
