You’ll join an energetic studio that values creativity, integrity and ambition — where every project inspires and challenges in equal measure.THE ROLEAs a Creative Studio Manager, you will play a central role in the creative team — organising people, resources and workflows to ensure the studio runs smoothly and efficiently.This is a hands-on, proactive role where you’ll help shape processes, manage creative talent and support the delivery of high-profile projects from brief to completion. Overseeing studio planning & scheduling across internal and freelance creativesAllocating creative resource to live projects and pitchesManaging freelance bookings and maintaining the studio talent poolTracking time, usage and costs across projectsSupporting commercial alignment on resourcing and spendEnsuring smooth onboarding and access for freelance talentHelping refine and develop creative studio workflows & processesUsing creative software knowledge to support artworking/2D production when required THE CANDIDATEIn order to be a successful candidate, you must have experience of managing/ operating a creative studio within the even space.
