Job Title: Area Site TechnicianLocation: West London Pay Range/details: £42,319.62 per annum (incl LWA & standby allowance)Contract Type: Permanent Omega are supporting a key facilities management client in the recruitment of a Mobile Maintenance Electrician (Area Site Technician) to work across West London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team supporting a major UK supermarket chain. Key Responsibilities – Mobile Maintenance Electrician (Area Site Technician) Complete Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) within agreed timescales, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.Perform general repairs and maintenance including electrical, mechanical, and minor fabric works (e.g. door repairs, basic plumbing, flooring).Carry out reactive and planned fire alarm system maintenance.Conduct emergency lighting tests and necessary repairs.Identify and report non-repairable faults in plant and machinery, making recommendations for replacement.Ensure all tasks are carried out in line with health & safety regulations and client procedures Qualifications & Requirements – Mobile Maintenance Electrician (Area Site Technician) NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds 236 Part 1 & 2 or equivalent in Electrical Installation/Maintenance.City & Guilds 18th Edition.AM2 or 2391 Inspection & Testing.Experience using PDA systems for job management.Background in maintaining and repairing a range of electrical and mechanical equipment, ideally within a retail environment.Experience in both reactive and PPM maintenance.
