We are supporting a precision oncology initiative with a leading pharmaceutical company that is expanding its Medical Affairs capabilities across the UK. This freelance MSL role offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge oncology research and engage with top-tier experts in the field. Project Overview: Project Type: Oncology, Diagnostics Location: United Kingdom (Remote) Contract Type: Freelance / Consultant Start Date: ASAP Language Requirements: English (fluency required) Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain trusted relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other healthcare professionals, serving as a reliable source of unbiased, up-to-date scientific and medical information. Gather and relay strategic insights from scientific exchanges to inform research direction and commercial strategy. Support clinical trial activities by engaging with investigator sites, participating in feasibility assessments, site initiation visits, and providing feedback to enhance site selection and patient recruitment. Represent external expert perspectives internally and identify opportunities for collaborative research or strategic partnerships. Apply strategic thinking and prioritization to maximize impact while ensuring compliance with all relevant medical affairs policies and procedures. Requirements: Prior experience in Medical Affairs or clinical oncology settings. Advanced degree in life sciences, medicine, or pharmacy preferred. Strong understanding of oncology, ideally with experience in precision medicine or targeted therapies. Ability to work independently in a freelance capacity, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
