The RoleAn opportunity for an experienced Sales Progressor to join a dynamic and growing team at the heart of Bristol's property scene. You'll manage property sales from offer through to completion, acting as the key link between buyers, sellers, solicitors, and surveyors to ensure a seamless process. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role that suits someone who thrives on communication, organisation, and problem-solving, while maintaining exceptional customer service at every step. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the sales process from offer to completion Liaise with all parties to progress transactions efficiently Anticipate and resolve potential delays or issues Maintain detailed and accurate case notes Work towards monthly exchange and performance targets Deliver a first-class client experience throughout What You'll Need Minimum 1 year's experience in sales progression or conveyancing Excellent communication and organisational skills Strong understanding of the property sales process and compliance Calm, proactive approach to problem-solving Exceptional attention to detail Self-motivated with a strong service focus What's on Offer £28,000 basic + commission (OTE £40,000+, uncapped) 22 days holiday + birthday off (plus 3 additional days at Christmas) Regular team socials and away days Independent, forward-thinking culture with genuine autonomy Climate-positive, certified B Corp business with a people-first ethos
