This is a full-time position, based both in our office and out in the community, with participation in the out-of-hours on-call rota.A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver new Care Professional Orientation TrainingFacilitate Home Instead’s Dementia and End of Life Care training coursesSupport Care Professionals in the community and during on-call hoursBe trained and qualified to deliver Medication Administration and Moving & Positioning supportLead, motivate, and develop team members to provide the highest standard of care
