Job Description Catch22 is looking for a dedicated and innovative Teacher to join our Cloud22 Online School. You will play a vital role in supporting young people aged 13–16 with complex and additional needs, helping them re-engage in education and achieve their full potential.As a Teacher, you will plan, deliver, and manage high-quality learning programmes tailored to individual students, both online and in person. You’ll create engaging and inclusive lessons, track progress, and provide meaningful feedback to ensure each learner achieves positive outcomes. You will produce and maintain Schemes of Work and ensure your teaching meets both academic and pastoral needs, supporting the personal development of every student.In this role, you will also take responsibility for classroom behaviour and contribute to the wider school community by working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, parents, and external agencies.
