Job Title: Telesales Consultant Location: South Woodford Employment Type: Part-Time Salary: £15 per hour + commission & bonuses About the Role An established and respected property agency in South Woodford is seeking a motivated Telesales Consultant to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong sales skills who thrives on building relationships and generating business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Make outbound sales calls to potential clients including landlords, vendors, and investors. Promote sales and lettings services, booking valuations and appointments. Follow up on warm leads to convert them into business opportunities. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Support sales and lettings teams in achieving business objectives. Keep accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets. What We're Looking For Previous telesales, estate agency, or sales experience is desirable. Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills. Persuasive, results-driven, and motivated to exceed targets. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Able to work independently and as part of a team. IT proficient (Microsoft Office & CRM systems). Rewards & Benefits Competitive hourly rate (£15 per hour). Attractive commission structure: Sales referrals - £50 plus % of sale. Lettings referrals - £25 plus additional bonuses. Rent Guarantee referrals - £25-£50 depending on property type. Financial services & solicitor referrals - £25 per case. Monthly performance bonuses (up to £200). Rewards for positive Google reviews.
