An award-winning international law firm is seeking a talented Corporate Associate (c. 4-7 PQE) to join its highly regarded London team. The team combines the scale and resources to handle major transactions with the agility to support clients on day-to-day matters. The role This is an opportunity to work on a broad range of matters, including: Private M&A (core focus)Public company transactionsPrivate equity dealsYou'll enjoy early responsibility, significant client exposure, and the chance to help drive business development initiatives.
