Project Manager - Our client is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to join the growing team. They are a UK based company specialising in renewable heating and cooling technologies. As a Project Manager you'll be overseeing up to three projects with individual values of up to £1 million. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across dynamic sites while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid role. Your role: Lead and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completionCollaborate with site teams, clients, and stakeholdersOversee multiple construction projects (up to 3 simultaneously), each valued up to £1 millionPlan, coordinate, and manage all phases of project delivery from pre-construction to handoverEnsure compliance with health & safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations.Manage budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within financial targets.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain high standards.Support procurement and resource planning, ensuring materials and labour are efficiently allocated. Requirements: Proven experience managing construction projects.Gold/Black CSCS card desirable.Strong leadership and communication skills.Willingness to travel across the East of England.Full UK driving licence.
