This role offers genuine career progression, a supportive team environment and a healthy work-life balance within a highly regarded regional practice.The Role:You will handle a varied caseload of civil litigation and contentious probate matters, including contract disputes, property litigation, debt recovery, will disputes and inheritance claims. Alongside fee-earning work, you will play a key role in supporting compliance and ensuring best practice across the department.Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse caseload of general civil litigation and contentious probate mattersProvide clear, pragmatic advice and representation to clientsAssist with firmwide compliance, including GDPR, AML and SRA regulationsCollaborate closely with colleagues across the firm to maintain high client care standardsContribute to business development and departmental growth About You: Qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years' PQE in civil litigation and/or contentious probateStrong technical knowledge and confident in running files independentlyExcellent client care, communication and organisational skillsA team player with a proactive and commercial mindsetKeen to contribute to a supportive, long-standing firm with partnership prospects What's on Offer?
