Full-Time Nursery Teaching Assistant – Preston Primary School Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 3:30pm Location: Preston Start Date: January 2026We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Nursery Teaching Assistant to join the nursery provision of a welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary school in Preston.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a genuine passion for early years education to make a lasting impact within a nurturing and well-resourced setting.About the Role: Supporting children aged 3–4 within a busy nursery class.Assisting with the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.Supporting children’s learning and development through play-based activities.Working closely with the class teacher and other support staff to create a safe, stimulating environment.Helping to monitor progress and maintain accurate learning records. Requirements: Experience working in a Nursery or Early Years setting is essential.A Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (or equivalent) is desirable.Strong understanding of EYFS curriculum and early childhood development.Positive, nurturing approach with excellent communication skills.Ability to build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents.
