We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic educators to join our team, delivering high-quality teaching and support to children with a range of additional needs across local schools.About the Role As an SEN Teacher, you’ll: Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of pupils with a variety of learning difficulties or disabilities. Work closely with support staff, SENCOs, and parents to create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment. Support students in achieving their full potential, both academically and socially. Adapt your teaching style to suit a range of settings — from mainstream schools with specialist provision to dedicated SEN schools. Be comfortable supporting pupils with personal care needs and moving and handling where required. About You Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching pupils with SEN, such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or PMLD. Preferably trained or confident in moving and handling and personal care. Strong behaviour management and communication skills. A flexible, positive approach with the ability to adapt to different environments. Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one before starting the role. Why Join Us?
