Supply Teaching Assistant – Swansea & Neath Port Talbot Location: Swansea, Neath Port Talbot and surrounding areas Contract: Flexible supply work (full-time or part-time available) Pay: £89.38 per day Start Date: Ongoing opportunities available About the Role Are you passionate about supporting young people and making a difference in their education? Teaching Personnel are currently seeking dedicated and adaptable Supply Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of Secondary Schools, ALN (Additional Learning Needs) Schools, and Pupil Referral Units (PRUs) within the Swansea and Neath Port Talbot area.As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting teachers and helping pupils to achieve their best. Your day-to-day duties may include: Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons Providing one-to-one or small-group support to pupils who may need extra help Supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) or challenging behaviour Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment Supervising pupils during non-teaching times and assisting with classroom organisation How Supply Work with Teaching Personnel Works Working as a Supply Teaching Assistant offers you flexibility and variety — you can choose when and where you work!
