Registered Manager – Learning Disabilities (Residential Care)Location: Northumberland Salary: £48,000 – £50,500 per annum (dependent on experience)Contract: Full-time, PermanentAre you an experienced Registered Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional, person-centred care?We are working on behalf of a respected provider to recruit a Registered Manager for a well-established residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities.This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated and values-driven team in providing high-quality, compassionate care that empowers people to live fulfilling, independent lives.About the Role:As the Registered Manager, you’ll have full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the residential service, ensuring that care delivery meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance with CQC regulations.You’ll play a key role in:Providing strong, values-based leadership to a skilled and compassionate staff team.Driving continuous improvement and ensuring best practice across all aspects of care.Maintaining compliance and leading on CQC inspections.Building positive relationships with families, professionals, and external partners.Managing budgets and resources effectively to ensure sustainable service delivery.This role is ideal for a confident and motivated leader who thrives on creating a supportive, inclusive environment where both staff and residents can flourish.About YouYou’ll bring:A Level 5 qualification in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent).Proven experience managing a team in a health or social care setting.A sound understanding of CQC standards and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills.A genuine passion for supporting adults with learning disabilities to live their best lives.Experience with safeguarding procedures, quality audits, and multi-agency collaboration will be highly valued.Why Apply?You’ll be joining an organisation that truly puts people first — both the individuals they support and their employees.
