The ideal candidate will have some previous experience and be able to deliver excellent customer service and achieve strong lettings results.A respected independent Estate and Lettings Agency with offices across Surrey and South West London is looking for a confident, ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join their busy Cheam branch.This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous lettings experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and wants to progress their property career.What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Registering applicants and matching them to suitable rental propertiesConducting property viewings and negotiating lets between landlords and tenantsMaintaining regular contact with landlords, tenants, and applicantsManaging the tenancy process from offer to move-inWorking towards and achieving individual and office targetsBuilding strong local knowledge and relationships to maximise new business opportunities What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous experience in residential lettings (essential)Excellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong customer service and sales abilityProfessional telephone manner and smart presentationSelf-motivated, proactive, and target-drivenKnowledge of the Cheam area is advantageousFull UK driving licence and access to own carProfessional and positive approach to work What's In It For You?
