Role: Product Support Applications Specialist Location: Field based - South UK (outside London, south of the M4) with ad hoc visits to Burgess Hill Hours: Full-time, 9-month contract (inside IR35) Pay: £200 - £230 per day (PAYE - excluding holiday pay) OR £265.27 - £305.06 (UMB) per day An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Product Support Applications Specialist to join one of our longstanding clients, a global leader in the diagnostics sector. This field-based position involves providing technical and scientific support to internal and external customers across the South of the UK. The successful candidate will play a key role in troubleshooting, customer training, and ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction. The Benefits: Competitive weekly pay (PAYE or UMB) 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Inclusive and progressive work environment Work for a globally renowned name in the diagnostics sector The Requirements: Strong background in Tissue or Cellular Pathology, Histology, or Histopathology Experience with Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and/or In Situ Hybridisation (ISH) Familiarity with diagnostic platforms such as Benchmark Ultra, Ultra Plus, XT, Bond, or DAKO Degree in a biomedical discipline Full UK / EU driving licence Must be based in the South UK (outside London and south of the M4) or willing to relocate - candidates outside this region cannot be considered due to customer response time requirements The Role: Provide application, technical, and scientific support to customers both remotely and on site Handle customer enquiries and deliver sustainable solutions through to case resolution Conduct on-site troubleshooting, installations, and system commissioning Deliver customer training and support verification and go-live processes Collaborate closely with internal technical teams and commercial functions to ensure customer satisfaction If you're keen to join an exceptional team working with innovative diagnostic technologies, then please apply to this Product Support Applications Specialist role below or call Chloe McCausland on 01273 063769 between 8:30am and 5:00pm.
