The RoleAs Senior Product Manager at Savings, you'll define the future of savings products at one of the fastest-growing fintechs.Your key responsibilities Lead the execution for savings and investment products, with a strong focus on the UK market.Own the full product lifecycle, from planning to launch and optimisation.Drive growth and adoption across the UK and other EU markets by delivering competitive and innovative digital solutions.Identify new opportunities to deepen customer engagement through the automated savings rules and goal-based features Plum offers.Design intuitive user experiences that simplify complex financial concepts and drive conversion.Ensure product compliance with regulations, collaborating closely with legal and compliance teams.Manage a high-performing team of engineers and designers, fostering a culture of excellence and ownership.Partner with design, engineering, marketing, and commercial teams to bring impactful products to market quickly and effectively.Leverage data and insights to continuously improve product performance and user satisfaction.Who you are Demonstrated experience in digital product development within the fintech industry.Strong knowledge of fintech fundamentals: interest rate structures, accrual mechanisms, product features (instant/easy access), and withdrawal systems.Deep understanding of the UK market and customer behaviours.Natural collaborator who thrives in cross-functional environments.Proven ability to scale financial products in the UK and the EU.A strategic thinker who can also execute at pace, using data to inform decisions.Experienced in managing product teams.Familiar with the UK and EU financial regulations Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment.Plum's PerksWe're all in this together!
