Deputy Home Manager (Non-Clinical) Location: Bath Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum Hours: Full-time, 50/50 supernumerary and floor-based shifts Additional: Alternate weekend working and/or on-call cover Are you an experienced and compassionate care professional looking to take the next step in your career? We’re seeking a dedicated Deputy Home Manager to support the running of a lovely 40-bed residential care home in Bath with a salary up to £40,000 per year. About the Role As Deputy Manager, you’ll work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the service — maintaining high standards of care, compliance and resident satisfaction. The role offers a balance of leadership and hands-on involvement, with approximately half your time supernumerary and half working alongside the care team. Your responsibilities will include:Supporting the Home Manager in all aspects of home management and complianceLeading, mentoring and developing the care teamEnsuring care plans are up to date and residents’ needs are met with dignity and respectPromoting a positive culture that reflects the values of the homeTaking part in the on-call rota and weekend cover as requiredAbout you:You’ll be an experienced senior care professional, ideally with NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) and a strong understanding of CQC standards. You’ll combine excellent leadership skills with a hands-on, caring approach and a genuine passion for making a difference to residents’ lives.
