Fram is working with a respected independent wealth management firm known for delivering client-focused, high-quality financial planning. The firm continues to grow and is looking to engage with an experienced Independent Financial Adviser to support its expanding digital proposition. The role involves providing independent advice to clients through the firm’s in-house digital platform, which enables efficient, remote financial planning for both new and existing clients. Advisers work within a collaborative, professional team, with systems and processes designed to maintain consistent service standards and compliance. The environment suits individuals who value structure, technology-enabled efficiency, and client engagement without the constraints of traditional office-based presents. This may appeal to an adviser with a minimum of three years’ experience in an independent financial planning environment and Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or progress toward Chartered status). Strong technical ability across pensions, trusts, and inheritance tax planning is desirable, as is confidence with digital tools, CRMs, and cashflow modelling software. Familiarity with Intelligent Office would be an advantage. Is happy to be remote and can self-motivate Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
