Due to an increase in workload, our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented legal professional to support its growing Conveyancing team in Henley-on-Thames.The Role:As a Conveyancing Paralegal / Legal Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting solicitors with a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, ensuring smooth transactions from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:✅ Supporting Conveyancing Solicitors with all aspects of property transactions✅ Handling pre and post-completion tasks, including: Registering transactions with HM Land RegistryPaying stamp duty to HMRCServing notices to landlordsManaging requisitions and file closures ✅ Preparing legal correspondence and documentation✅ Liaising with clients, estate agents and other legal professionals✅ Managing file administration, scanning and archivingAbout You:To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience in conveyancing, ideally within pre- or post-completion processes.
