Job DescriptionAs our next Food & Beverage Manager, you will take the lead in all F&B operations, overseeing the day-to-day running of our restaurant, bar, room service, and breakfast operations. You'll ensure seamless service, motivate your team, and keep both guests and profits smiling.Your responsibilities will include:Managing daily F&B service delivery with a strong hands-on presenceLeading, training, and motivating the F&B team, including supervisorsCoordinating with Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping and Maintenance teamsMonitoring service standards, hygiene, licensing compliance and guest satisfactionOverseeing inventories, F&B cost control, menus, purchasing and maintenanceParticipating in weekly Head of Department meetings and supporting Duty Management shifts as neededSupporting recruitment, onboarding and performance reviews within your teamAnalysing key metrics (revenue, staffing, costs) and adjusting operations accordinglyBeing a role model for Accor’s service culture and values
