We are looking for an Adult's Social Worker to join a Community Team. This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience. About the team This team specialises in supporting vulnerable adults 18+ within the community and play a key role in supporting them to live as independently and safe as possible. The team complete community DoLS, CoP assessments and core safeguarding assessments to ensure the right support and intervention is provided. The care needs that this team deal with are massively varied so strength based practice is important to personalise support plans. About you It is essential to have a degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of two years' experience within adult's social work. Being able to use your own initiative, manage a complex caseload and be able to work as part of a team are all essential for this position. A valid UK driving licence and vehicle is required.
