This is an exceptional opportunity to join a successful and collaborative Private Client team in Stamford, working on high-value and complex matters. About the Role You will manage a diverse and stimulating caseload, including: Complex estate administration involving taxable estates, agricultural and business assetsSuccession planning, inheritance tax advice and mental capacity issuesDrafting deeds of variation, declarations of trust and other key legal documentsAdvising high-net-worth individuals, elderly and vulnerable clients and their familiesHandling Court of Protection matters and supporting clients with long-term care planning This role offers exposure across the full spectrum of private client work, with opportunities to develop your expertise. Key Responsibilities Independently manage your own caseload with strong financial oversightSupervise, mentor and support junior team membersConduct client meetings (in-person and remote) and provide clear, empathetic adviceDraft high-quality legal documents and correspondenceStay up to date with legal developments and best practiceParticipate in business development and client relationship initiatives About You Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with 2+ years PQE in private client lawStrong experience in estate administration and working with vulnerable clientsExcellent communication, drafting and interpersonal skillsA proactive, team-oriented approach with a commitment to continuous learning Why Join?
