Red Recruitment is recruiting Webchat Advisors to work in a customer service centre in Birkenhead. You will be working for one of the UKs highest quality outsourcers on a temporary basis. This role will be working on behalf of an international gifting platform where you will be responding to customer chat messages. This role does not require you to handle any telephone calls. The hourly rate is £12.21 per hour and this is a full-time, office-based role Monday to Sunday 9am - 6pm (40 hours per week). There are two start dates for this position, 1st December, and 8th December. Benefits and Package for a Webchat Advisor: Salary: £12.21 per hour Hours: Monday to Sunday, 9am - 6pm, 40 hours per week (2 in 4 weekend days) Contract Type: Temporary Location: Birkenhead Start date: 1st and 8th December One week's Full training is provided You will be working for a friendly and supportive team Key Responsibilities of a Webchat Advisor: Responding to customer queries via online chat service Ensuring all customer queries are responded to in a timely manner Escalating any urgent customer queries to the relevant team Ensuring all messages are friendly, informative and are written out correctly Providing excellent customer service at all times and representing this fantastic brand with excellence Key Skills and Experience of a Webchat Advisor: You should have a clear desire to work in customer service You should be passionate about helping customers to a high level You must have excellent communication skills Being reliable is essential Being IT proficient is required as you will be using various systems If you are interested in this temporary position and have a desire to provide customer service on the telephone, Red would love to speak with you!
