Assembly Operative - Composite Door Manufacturing Location: Brigg Hours: Rotational Shifts Week 1: Monday to Thursday, 2:00 PM - 12:00 Midnight (Friday off) Week 2: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Pay Rate: £12.86 per hour We're looking for reliable and hardworking Assembly Operatives to join our team in Brigg, where we manufacture high-quality composite doors. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with real potential for career growth. Key Responsibilities: Assemble composite doors using hand and power tools Use scanning devices to track and manage components Perform manual tasks including lifting, fitting, and quality checks Meet daily production targets Maintain a clean and safe workspace Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors What We're Looking For: Experience in manufacturing or warehouse work (preferred but not essential) Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling Benefits: Full training provided Progression opportunities within the company Supportive team environment Company pension scheme Free on-site parking Contract may be offered after 12 weeks for suitable candidates Interested?
