Our client, a well-established and expanding law firm, is seeking an experienced and highly organised Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing Commercial Property department based in Solihull.This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to manage a varied caseload, work alongside a supportive team and contribute to the continued success of a thriving firm.Key Responsibilities Manage a broad range of commercial property matters on behalf of clientsBuild and maintain your own caseload effectively and efficientlyDevelop strong working relationships with clients and colleagues across the businessAdapt quickly to internal systems, processes and case management toolsContribute to business development and departmental growth initiatives About You A minimum of 3 years' PQE in commercial property lawDemonstrable experience or a strong interest in all aspects of commercial property workConfident working both independently and collaboratively within a team environmentHighly organised, proactive and adaptable to new systems and ways of workingA positive, business-minded individual with a commitment to professional growth What's on Offer?
