A fast-growing legal services firm is seeking a motivated Residential Conveyancer with around two years' experience managing their own files. Operating in partnership with established consultancies, the firm leverages compliance systems while maintaining its own client network, culture and payroll.The firm provides a supportive, flexible and modern working environment, ideal for conveyancers who want autonomy while being backed by efficient systems and administrative support.Role OverviewThe Residential Conveyancer will independently manage a caseload of residential property transactions, liaising with clients, mortgage advisors, estate agents and internal teams. Caseloads are capped (typically 70-80 files) to ensure manageable workloads, with administrative support for onboarding tasks and post completion. This role is perfect for a conveyancer seeking career progression, efficiency and a team-oriented, flexible workplace.Key Responsibilities Manage residential conveyancing files independently from instruction to completion Draft, review and negotiate contracts and related conveyancing documents Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage advisors and internal teams professionally Ensure compliance with partner firm procedures while maintaining accuracy and efficiency Support junior colleagues or paralegals as needed Provide feedback and contribute to process improvement initiatives Ideal Candidate Approximately two years' residential conveyancing experience managing their own caseload Confident liaising with clients, estate agents and mortgage advisors Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle high-volume workloads efficiently Open-minded, adaptable and willing to mentor junior colleagues Ambitious, motivated by career progression toward supervisory or fee earner leadership roles Personable, professional and team-oriented What's on Offer Competitive salary (dependent on experience) 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Pension contributions Private medical insurance Flexible working hours (core office time 10am-4pm) Can be flexible around school pick up/drop off Option for ad hoc remote working Why Join?
