Captain Fantastic is seeking talented, charismatic performers to partner with us in delivering award-winning children’s parties. As a subcontractor, you’ll represent our brand at events, bringing energy, creativity, and fun to every celebration.You’ll be responsible for:Hosting 1–2 hour children’s parties (e.g., superheroes, princesses, discos, themed events)Leading games, dances, and interactive activitiesEnsuring a high-energy, professional, and safe environment for children and familiesTransporting and setting up party equipment provided by Captain FantasticRepresenting our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all timesRequirementsSelf-employed status (you will be responsible for your own tax and insurance)Must hold a valid driving licence and have access to your own vehicleAvailable most weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday)Energetic, reliable, and confident performing in front of groupsExperience with children is a bonus, but not essential – training providedClear, up-to-date DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)Ability to store party equipment securely at homeWilling to travel to parties within your chosen areaBenefitsExcellent pay: £75–£150 per eventRegular weekend work – flexible around your acting/performing commitmentsAll training, costumes, and equipment providedBe part of a trusted, award-winning brand known nationwideOpportunities to grow with the company and take on more parties in your areaFreedom of self-employment – manage your own schedule while enjoying steady bookings
