Job DescriptionAs a Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the branch. Your key responsibilities will include: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a strategic and tactical business plan to drive profitable performance and achieve growth targetsCustomer Management: Execute agreed customer plans for selected accounts, ensuring quality customer contact and effective implementationService Excellence: Ensure the branch meets service targets across all business segments, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiencesPerformance Monitoring: Monitor sales, profitability, and service KPIs, taking appropriate action to ensure targets are met.
