Production Manager Coalville, Leicestershire Days £50,000 A well-established manufacturer is looking for a strong and driven Production Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations at their Coalville site. This role will suit someone confident on the shop floor, capable of leading teams, driving output, and ensuring the site runs efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate production teams to hit targets and maintain high quality standards. Work closely with the Engineering Manager to ensure equipment performance and uptime. Drive production efficiency through effective planning, organisation, and leadership. Implement improvements across processes, performance, and people management. Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor, promoting teamwork and accountability. Uphold Health & Safety standards and ensure compliance across all operations. Key Requirements: Proven experience in a Production or Manufacturing Management role. Strong personality with the ability to engage, challenge, and motivate teams. Confident working alongside engineering and maintenance teams to resolve issues quickly. A practical, hands-on approach with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
