Senior Carer - Dementia Residential Care Location: Andover Residential Care Hours: 32.5 per week (contracted) Pay: £13.50 per hour + optional overtime Shifts: 7:30am-2:00pm and 2:00pm-8:30pm (5 shifts per week) Are you a compassionate and experienced carer looking to take the next step in your career? Andover Residential Care is seeking a dedicated Senior Carer to join our team, supporting residents in a warm and professional dementia care environment. What We're Looking For: Minimum 2 years' experience in a care setting NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (Level 3 preferred or willingness to complete) Strong computer literacy Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care Your Role Will Include: Supporting residents with daily living and personal care Leading and mentoring junior care staff Maintaining accurate care records and contributing to care planning Promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing for all residents Join a team that values empathy, professionalism, and teamwork - and make a real difference in the lives of those living with dementia.
