We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Leader to join our Technical team on a 4-month fixed term basis. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our products meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.You’ll lead quality initiatives across our operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and uphold our reputation for excellence.What You’ll Be Responsible ForInvestigating root causes and ensuring corrective actions are implementedMaintaining our Quality Management System (QMS) and document controlOverseeing quality checks and leading quality improvement projectsReviewing data and identifying trends for proactive decision-makingConducting internal audits and supporting external inspectionsCompleting retailer and brand specificationsSigning off retailer and own-label artworkResponding to customer complaints with professionalism and careWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in a similar role within the food industry, ideally with exposure to artwork sign-off, retailer specifications, and food labellingHACCP knowledge is preferredA self-motivated individual with a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environmentWhy Join Us?At Highland Spring, we’re more than just a water company.
