We’re looking for an organised, proactive Cover Manager to keep things running smoothly day to day. You’ll work closely with the Assistant Principal for Curriculum, Timetabling & Operations to make sure the Academy’s cover and admin run like clockwork.What you’ll do Manage daily staff cover and maintain the Cover Diary Coordinate with HR and supply agencies Schedule and communicate daily cover needs across Primary and Secondary phases Support and brief Cover Supervisors and visiting supply staff Provide absence reports and authorise timesheets Assist with data for trustees and school reports ( SIMS or Arbor expierence is required) What we’re after Someone with strong admin skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with a calm, professional approach. You’ll need to be flexible, friendly, and ready to make every morning run smoothly. All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
