Residential Conveyancer Location: DurhamA well-established and highly respected firm is expanding its conveyancing team and is seeking an experienced Fee Earner to join its Durham office.You will take ownership of a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.You will be supported by an experienced team and a modern case management system designed to promote efficient workflows and exceptional client service. Comprehensive training will be provided, including system training and opportunities to work towards professional accreditations.Key Responsibilities: Residential Conveyancer to run a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, transfers, new build purchases, buy to lets, freehold, leasehold, lease extensions, shared ownership, Help to Buy schemes, ISAs, remortgages and panel workResidential Conveyancer with experience in company mortgages, equity release, title advice and rectification mattersLiaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other Solicitors, ensuring excellent communication and client care throughoutManaging files efficiently and in accordance with firm procedures and regulatory requirementsResidential Conveyancer with previous experience managing a conveyancing caseload independentlyApplications welcome from Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers, or experienced ParalegalsStrong understanding of the conveyancing process and relevant legislation.Professional, proactive and client-focused approach with strong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent organisational and time management abilities What's on Offer?
