Our school, located in the heart of Yeovil, was rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted and continues to uphold high standards of teaching and pupil care. You’ll role with be to support teachers within a classroom situation, as well as working with small groups of children but within and outside the classroom.The Ideal Candidate Will: Demonstrate a caring and patient natureBe flexible, proactive, and a team playerHas a QTS or equivalent qualificationBe committed to promoting the well-being and academic progress of all pupilsHave an enhanced DBS that is on the update service (or be willing to obtain oneBe able to provide 2 references for previous 24 months of employment.Be able to demonstrate good behaviour management skills.
