We are seeking a passionate and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team at a prestigious luxury hotel. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead and inspire our food and beverage team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences in our restaurant, bar, and event spaces. Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of food and beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of service and quality.Supervise, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver outstanding customer service.Manage stock levels, assist with inventory control, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Collaborate with the management team to drive revenue and enhance guest satisfaction.Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.Assist in planning and executing events, ensuring seamless service delivery.
