An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic within a well-established Main Dealer, located in Exeter.Our Automotive Client has a need for a Vehicle Technician who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.Benefits:Time and a half for Saturday mornings on a rota25 days holiday + bank holidaysCar Benefit Scheme Commission scheme & career progressionExcellent training & support Manufacturer training and development programmePension, life assurance & other benefitDuties include but are not limited to:Conducting Servicing & Repairs to a variety of VehiclesAdhering to both Manufacturer & Health & Safety GuidelinesPerforming Diagnostic Testing to identify Vehicle Faults.MOT TestingDocumenting information about Servicing & Repairing – ensuring it meets company standards.Requirements:Certified NVQ Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualifications, or equivalent – preferably Level 3.Dedicated and committed approach.Prior working experience as a Vehicle TechnicianYour job as a Vehicle Technician will be your passion and you will enjoy all aspects of your work.You should have your own tools.Full UK Driving LicenceThe salary of this role is up to £35,000 basic with OTE of £50,000.Hours of work in this Vehicle Technician role are Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM-5:00PM & Saturdays on a rota basis.
