Role: Calendar Team Member (Volunteer)Responsibilities:- Ensure all meeting links are sent out on time to all teams.- Save important dates and reminders for various events and deadlines.- Coordinate with different departments to schedule meetings and events.- Maintain an organized and up-to-date calendar for the organization.- Assist in managing time-sensitive communications and notifications. Requirements:- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.- Proficiency with calendar management tools and software.- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.- Commitment to IHF’s mission and values.- Ability to dedicate a few hours per week to this volunteer role.
