Dental Practice Manager (Radlett, Hertfordshire) Location: Radlett, Hertfordshire Salary: £32,000-£42,000 a year Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Practice A well-established private dental clinic in Radlett is seeking an experienced Practice Manager. The practice offers a wide range of treatments including general and family dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics (clear aligners and fixed braces), and dental implants. The clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and a skilled clinical team focused on delivering exceptional patient care. The Role The Practice Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, leading the team, and ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant practice management. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring strong organisational, financial, and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations across reception, surgeries, and administration Lead, motivate, and support the dental and front-of-house team Ensure high standards of patient care and an excellent patient journey Maintain full CQC, HTM 01-05, and GDPR compliance Oversee budgets, payroll, invoicing, and supplier contracts Monitor performance indicators and implement improvement strategies Recruit, train, and develop staff Support marketing and business growth initiatives, promoting key treatments such as orthodontics, implants, and cosmetic dentistry Manage practice management software, patient records, and appointment systems About You Proven experience as a Dental Practice Manager Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Sound knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance procedures Confident with budgets, reports, and financial management Familiar with dental software systems Highly organised, proactive, and patient-focused Benefits Competitive salary package Full-time, permanent role Supportive, professional working environment Opportunities for ongoing training and development How to Apply If you are an experienced Dental Practice Manager looking for your next opportunity in a respected private practice in Radlett, we would love to hear from you.
