Our client, based in London, is currently recruiting for a Lead Support Worker on a 1-month rolling temporary contract.The start date is 17/11/2025. The hourly rate is £25.92 via an umbrella company. The ideal candidate will have experience working with vulnerable adults, hold an enhanced DBS taken out within the last three years and have experience working for charities.Duties will include (but are not limited to): Managing a caseload of 15 clientsAssisting with client reconnectionsProviding face to face support to clients with complex needsDriving consistent service improvementSupporting clients with their tenancies Experience required: Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessnessExperience working for a charity Skills, knowledge and expertise required: Risk assessment and management skillsCompliance and due diligenceAbility to deal with people compassionatelyCan remain calm under pressureExperience supporting vulnerable people or groups Working hours: Mon – Fri9:00 – 17:00 Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.James Andrews is acting as an employment agency and business in relation to this role.Don’t forget our recommendation scheme: Recommend a friend or colleague to us and receive up to £100 each once they have completed 20 days in a role via James Andrews!
