About the OpportunityWe are seeking a passionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils across both primary and secondary classes.This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 3.30pm. You will be joining a nurturing and forward-thinking school that provides a calm and creative environment where every child is valued and encouraged to thrive. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting pupils in classroom activities and one-to-one learning Encouraging independence and confidence in personal and academic development Working closely with teachers and other support staff to create engaging learning experiences Helping maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment What We’re Looking For To be considered for this role, you must have: A minimum of 6 months of childcare experience, ideally supporting children with SEN A positive, patient and resilient attitude The ability to drive, due to the location of the school Strong communication and teamwork skills Why Work With Teaching Personnel?
