The home specialises in nursing dementia care, and is proud of its award-winning approach to supporting residents and their families. Rated Good by the CQC with an Outstanding outcome, the home has built an excellent local reputation, maintaining high occupancy levels and a strong staff team. The successful candidate will be a visible and supportive leader, able to build on strong foundations while driving further quality and staff development.
