Foster a nurturing and encouraging atmosphere for the student's growth. Requirements: Experience: At least 30 days experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting. Qualifications: No formal qualifications required; your experience and dedication matter most. Compassion: A genuine care for the well-being and development of young learners.
