We are currently recruiting a Design & Digital Marketing Manager for our client, based in Aberdeenshire. The successfull candidate will oversee the creative marketing executive with first class design, copywriting and proofreading skills to form part of our dynamic sales and marketing team amd will be based on site at our client's luxury resort in Aberdeenshire. This role combines strategic digital marketing with strong design skills to create engaging brand experiences across online platforms. You'll be responsible for developing visual assets, managing digital campaigns, and driving online growth through creative content and data-driven strategies This is an exceptional opportunity for a creative marketing and communications professional with experience of developing and managing online content and digital campaigns. You will be able to drive and have access to your own car due to the site's location. Key Responsibilities Graphic Design & Branding Design marketing materials including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, presentations, and print collateral. Ensure brand consistency across all digital and physical touchpoints. Collaborate with internal teams to translate ideas into visually appealing content. Digital Marketing & Campaigns Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.). Manage company social media presence and content calendar. Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve ROI. Content Creation Create engaging visual and written content for websites, blogs, and social media. Support video production and motion graphics projects when needed. Website & SEO Management Update and maintain website content (via WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS). Implement SEO best practices to improve search visibility and lead generation. Email & CRM Marketing Design and deploy email marketing campaigns through tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
